About our School

Who We Are

The School of Practical Real Estate Training & Education Services (PRETES) has been operating in Trinidad and Tobago for 7+ years. We provide relevant, current and cutting edge training to anyone seeking knowledge on the local Real Estate Industry. 

Our courses and syllabus covers over 50 different topics all tailored for Trinidad and Tobago. We are located in Cunupia, Trinidad and Tobago.

As of 2023 we have Trained and Certified over 500+ students for the local Real Estate Industry even in Guyana. Most of these students are practicing agents at Dream Homes Realty. 

Our panel of lecturers spans from qualified Attorneys, Bankers, Mortgage Specialists, Real Estate Agents and many other Professionals within the industry. 

We are Internationally (UK) Accredited & Recognized by EduQual, registered with the Ministry of Legal Affairs, certified by UWI-Roytec, certified by the Financial Intelligence Unit of T&T (FIUTT) and a certified member of the Trinidad and Tobago Real Estate Association (TTREA).

Tammy Christel Gail Cato

LECTURER

Tammy Cato is an Attorney at Law with 10 years of experience in the field of law. She possesses a Bachelors of Law from the University of London and a BSc Economics Major and a Minor in Criminology from the University of the West Indies. A leader in her company, known for her professionalism in the way she conducts business.

Renée-Ann Roach

LECTURER

Renée-Ann Roach is a Human Resource Professional, Entrepreneur and Consultant, with over 20 years of professional corporate experience.  Renée is also a Catechist, Counsellor, Massage Therapist and Birth Doula. She is one of Dream Homes Realty Top Agents, is very accountable and driven to take her real estate career to another level.

Neka Fraser

LECTURER

My name is Neka Fraser. I have pursued qualifications in Business administration and Paralegal studies. I am the owner of two small businesses as well as a real estate agent. My ardent approach to succeed at self-sufficiency has propelled me to explore real estate for which I have a passion. A true way to network and achieve growth.
