About our School

Renée-Ann Roach is a Human Resource Professional, Entrepreneur and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Consultant, with over 20 years of professional corporate experience working in Telecommunications and Information Technology.  She is the holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and a SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant of SAP Success Factors Employee Central Core. She has also worked on major projects as an Implementation Consultant of Oracle People Soft, working with large companies locally and across the Caribbean and Central American region.

Renée joined Dream Homes Realty Limited in November 2021 and completed both the Masterclass and the International Accredited Certification by EduQual by September 2023. She has been an Educator with the Realty since April 2022 and further became a Lecturer at the School, Practical Real Estate Training and Education (PRETES) in October 2022.

She is one of Dream Homes Realty’s Top Agents, is very accountable and driven to take her real estate career to another level. Renée has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both the emotional intelligence and professionalism that are critical to being successful in this industry. She is very attentive to her client’s needs and provides a level of service and care by continually going beyond the call of duty.

Renée is also a Catechist for Confirmation Candidates at her Parish; a Counsellor acquiring her Diploma in Counselling from the Institute of Counselling UK, a Massage Therapist and trained Birth Doula. She has since developed an outstanding career and a remarkable reputation amongst her clients, colleagues and fellow Realtors, balancing both Real Estate and other personal and professional endeavors.
